RIIS has partnered with University of North Texas (UNT) to win a Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR) Phase I contract with the US Air Force (USAF). This is an exciting win for RIIS because it combines our Data Science capabilities with UNT chemical sensing capabilities to improve medical care in our product called Respiratory Augmentation of Disease Surveillance (RADS).

RADS proprietary technology makes the collection and analysis of samples inexpensive and easily field deployable. RADS’ allows for the collection of not only the respired chemistry but also chemical proxies* representing environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, rate of flow, and chemistry of the ambient environment without additional costly digital sampling technology.
